Marysville Assembly #145

February 27 is Education Day.  Mandatory that you attend.  Time will be announced later.

Please place Feb. 10 on your calendar.  We will be serving at Pizza Hut to raise money for the GWA’s Service Project for cancer.  Time is 5 to 8p.m.

Sub fundraiser will be past out at out first meeting in February.

March is our Tastefully Simple with new products.

Thank you to the girls that helped paint the social room at the temple.

Installation is January 16.  Practice will be at 10a.m. Lunch is going to be served.  Installation starts at 2p.m…….bring skirts/dresses to change into as we will be attending another Installation that evening…then returning for a sleepover that evening.

There is a meeting on Monday with elections of new officers.

Service Project: Adopt an Animal at the Columbus Zoo  and the Grand Worthy Advisors’ Scholarship Fund:  Relay for Life

The Grand Worthy Advisor is selling Scholarship Pins for $4.00 and an assortment of flavor Lollipops for .50 each.

Grand Worthy Advisor Jeni and her traveling companions, Mom and Dad Hall, Shianne (Grand Rep. to Illinois & Vermont), Toni (Grand Aide to the GWA, Grand Rep. to Nevada & Maine) and Mom Drumm attended Grand Assembly in Illinois.  What an exciting trip with 3 girls.  We noticed several differences between Ohio and Illinois Grand Assembly.  Grand Assembly was held in a hotel.  The Grand Assembly sessions were held in one of their banquet halls.  After enjoying our banquet on Saturday evening and the girls enjoying a little of the banquet dance that followed, it was time to head back to Ohio in the middle of the night.  Thanks to Dad Hall for driving us.
